Course videos need enough bandwidth to stream smoothly, and some interactive content is happiest on a larger screen. If a course won't load or play, updating your browser and trying again clears up most issues, and it's worth checking that your network isn't blocking media. On corporate networks, your IT team may need to allow the platform's domains, and we're glad to provide the exact list to whitelist at our support page.
