Dennis Aulbrook is the Co-Owner and President of Safety Academy+ and Advanced Safety and Energy, where he plays a pivotal role in transforming workplace safety through engaging and effective training solutions. Dennis is passionate about people and dedicated to creating work environments where safety is a top priority, aiming for zero OSHA reportable incidents. 

He founded Safety Academy+ to deliver safety training that is not only comprehensive but also engaging, making learning about safety enjoyable and impactful. James Bowen is the Director of Operations at Safety Academy+, bringing over 22 years of experience in nuclear power and industrial safety to the team. A retired US Navy Nuclear Electrician, James has firsthand experience with the dangers of unsafe work practices, having witnessed the impact of inadequate training on worker safety. 

At Safety Academy+, James is on a mission to revolutionize safety training by making it more engaging and interactive, moving beyond traditional methods to provide impactful, hands-on learning experiences. His expertise in industrial safety and commitment to reducing workplace accidents drive his efforts to create training programs that not only meet OSHA standards but also keep workers engaged and informed.

Megan Flint serves as the Marketing Manager and Admin at Safety Academy+, where she plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s brand, outreach, and operational efficiency. With a strong focus on communication and strategy, Megan helps ensure that Safety Academy+’s training programs reach and resonate with organizations and individuals across a wide range of industries.

In her role, Megan leads the development and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate Safety Academy+’s presence and impact. She also oversees key administrative functions, helping to maintain seamless operations and support the delivery of high-quality training programs.

Dakota Roberts serves as the IT Specialist and Admin at Safety Academy+, where he plays a key role in maintaining the technology infrastructure and supporting daily operations. With a strong technical skill set and a problem-solving mindset, Dakota ensures that the systems behind Safety Academy+ run efficiently and reliably.

In his role, Dakota manages IT systems, troubleshoots technical issues, and supports the digital platforms that deliver Safety Academy+’s training programs. He also contributes to administrative functions, helping to streamline processes and support team coordination.
