Managing certificates for your team

When a learner completes a course, their certificate is created automatically, so there's nothing for you to issue. As a coach, you can see who's certified, pull certificates for your records, and confirm completion dates when it's audit time. If a certificate shows the wrong name, the fix is simple: correct the learner's profile name and reissue, and we're happy to help if you'd like a hand at our support page.
